Scheduling Database for Discovery Channel

Designed and built a database for the Latin America division of the Discovery Channel. This database took existing and future TV programming schedules and reformatted them for easier use by the programming staff. It also generated verbiage for advertising clips depending on show times and specials. This project required significant "time" and "date" manipulation.

Real Estate Project Manager Database for Office Depot

Designed and built a database that would track store openings and real estate legal requirements. It provided Office Depot’s real estate legal department a list of step-by- step procedures and follow up tools for those procedures. Reports were created to show the status of future stores, attorney accountability, completion schedules, and  other useful information.

Designed and built a database with modules to help the front office staff, sales department, and accounting department. The front office needed to keep track of building permits, customer information,  work orders, and other tasks. The sales department stored information on clients and pending jobs . The accounting department required a complete accounts receivable package and several profitability reports.

Inventory and Accounting Database for Unique Movie Productions

Took an existing commercial inventory and accounting database and modified it to integrate better to the movie production industry. Significant changes were made to their quotation generator, sale orders, invoices, inventory, general ledger modules, and various reports.

Metz Bakery is a national firm with several warehouses.  They produce 50,000 baked goods per day. We used Cary Prague's YesIcan inventory database features to keep track of sales orders, produce work orders, produce wrapping schedules, manage trucking and route shipments, and reconciled inventory items.
